AZERBAIJANI CULTURE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY
According to the Milli Majlis Standing Commission on Cultural Affairs, the culture of Azerbaijan is rapidly developing along with the economy. Azerbaijan is one of the world’s leading countries for its cultural and historical monuments.
Beginning from the next year, Azerbaijan will host a number of international cultural events. Among them are international theaters and international culture forum, film festival and others. Baku will be the cultural capital of the Islamic world for the year 2009.
