Azerbaijani energy minister to attend several events in Moscow

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov will participate in a number of events in Moscow. Invited by Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak, he will attend the 21st GECF Ministerial Meeting on October 3. He will also join the International Forum “Russian Energy Week”.
Shahbazov will address both events.
