Azerbaijani minister of youth and sports visits Portugal

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov is visiting Portugal at the invitation of his Portuguese counterpart João Paulo Rebelo. During his meeting with the Portuguese State Secretary for Youth and Sport, Rahimov shared Azerbaijan’s experience in organizing large sporting events like the first European Games, Chess Olympiad, Formula 1 race and Islamic Solidarity Games.
Rahimov also met with a number of Portuguese officials to familiarize himself with the country`s experience in the field of youth affairs and sports, and visited several sport facilities and the National Youth Centre.
