Azerbaijani, Slovak central banks explore stronger institutional ties

Taleh Kazimov, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), met with a delegation led by Peter Kažimír, Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia, who is on a visit to the country.
The meeting highlighted the significant potential for cooperation in the regulation of capital markets and the insurance sector, the modernization of supervisory frameworks, safeguarding financial stability, enhancing financial literacy, combating digital fraud, and strengthening consumer protection.
During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on initiatives to further strengthen institutional ties and deepen cooperation between the organizations.
