Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture meets Vice-president of European Investment Bank

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Heydar Asadov has met vice-president of the European Investment Bank Laszlo Baranyay.
They discussed investment opportunities for the development of agriculture in Azerbaijan.
The Minister highlighted Azerbaijan`s cooperation and joint projects with international organizations.
He also provided an insight into institutional reforms as well as the government`s support of the agrarian sector.
Mr. Asadov said the country attached great importance to the cooperation with the European Investment Bank, adding the Ministry was interested in carrying out new agrarian projects.
Baranyay hailed Azerbaijan`s importance in the region, adding there was great potential for the development of agriculture.
