Azerbaijan’s Victory Day marked in Cuba

Cuba’s “Danza Teatro Retazos” theatre hosted a concert marking November 8, the Victory Day of Azerbaijan.
Co-organized by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and the Azerbaijani Embassy to the country, with the support of Cuban Ministry of Culture and the Office of the Historian of the City of Havana, the event brought together representatives of the Cuban ministries of Foreign Affairs, Culture, office of the Historian of the City of Havana, diplomatic corps, as well as members of the embassies of Türkiye, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Chile, Venezuela, Grenada, Niger, local community and others.
Addressing the event, Ruslan Rzayev, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Cuba, highlighted Azerbaijan's rich culture, mugham and national dances.
Then, the event featured the pearls of Azerbaijani mugham and the national dances, performed by the Azerbaijani musicians and folk dancers.
