Baku State University employee claims third place at international contest in Türkiye

Ilyas Nasibov, Director of the Student Scientific-Technical Creativity Center at Baku State University, has claimed third place at the 3rd International EV Charge Show E-Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
The competition was held within the framework of the 4th International EV Charge Show 2025 Conference, organized on November 12–14 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The conference brought together manufacturers, experts, investors, and startup founders from various countries, showcasing the latest innovations in EV charging technologies, fast-charging stations, battery technologies, smart charging networks, and energy storage and transmission systems.
Each year, the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” competition held as part of the conference brings together startup authors from around the world, who present their projects in categories such as smart charging technologies, IoT- and AI-based systems, next-generation battery and energy storage solutions, and autonomous mobility technologies.
Nasibov’s project, “WoltGo – a smart platform that simultaneously meets transport and energy needs,” was one of the eight projects to reach the final stage of the competition. Following the final presentation, the project was awarded third place.
