BAKU TO HOST FOURTH GLOBAL YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SUMMIT
Director of the Library of Alexandria in Egypt and Board member of the Youth Employment Summit (YES) Mr. Ismail Serageldin has met today with Azerbaijan’s Youth and Sports Deputy Minister Intigam Babayev to discuss the 4th Global Youth Employment Summit (YES), which will take place in Baku, on September 2008. The event will bring together 600 delegates from over 100 countries.
Mr. Babayev told of projects and National Plan of Action being implemented in the country to ensure the employment of youth. Mr. Serageldin, in his turn, underlined that aim of the Global Youth Employment Summit is to solve the problems of youth unemployment.
