With his future at the helm of the Italy national team still undecided, Antonio Conte remains the target of a number of foreign clubs, with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain seen as his main suitors, according to gazzetta.it.

The ex-Juventus boss successfully booked the Azzurri’s place at Euro 2016, following the team’s 3-1 triumph over Azerbaijan on Saturday.

However, a decision regarding extending his deal is still up in the air, as FIGC President Carlo Tavecchio himself stated there is no rush to renew the 46-year-old’s contract.

Just a year after Conte left Juventus, he was already being sounded out by PSG who were considering him to replace Laurent Blanc.

As for the Chelsea option, Conte has never hidden his admiration for the Premier League and its allure.

In fact, he has previously visited London in order to see Tottenham Hotspur’s training ground, where he met Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino ahead of Italy’s March friendly against England.

“Impressed is exactly the right word,” Conte said. “It looks like a very good place to work, and for Tottenham to develop their players.

“The reason for my visit is to study and to look at some of the clubs in England, especially in London.

“I am meeting with some coaches who I think are doing well in an attempt to discover the reasons why they are so successful.”
