DIRECTOR OF “ELECTIONS” INFORMATION CENTER AWARDED DIPLOMA
International symposium on “Project Management: State, Society, Business” organized by the Russian Project Management Association (SOVNET), International Project Management Association (IPMA) and Government of Nizhny Novgorod was held on 14-17 February in the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
Representatives from about 20 countries, including Azerbaijan, Australia, Germany, the USA, Russia, Finland, Italy, Japan, Israel and Ukraine participated in the symposium. The event participants discussed issues regarding management of enterprises, companies, business and state administrative bodies on the basis of projects.
Igbal Babayev, director of the “Elections” Information Center of the Azerbaijan Central Election Commission, addressed the symposium. He was awarded a diploma for “the best scientific work of the year”.
The diploma was presented to I. Babyev by V. Burkov, Director of the International Research and Development Institute of Management Problems.
