Documentary director dies in helicopter crash in Taiwan

Documentary director Po-lin Chi was among three people killed in a helicopter crash in Taiwan's Hualien County Saturday morning, according to local authorities, Xinhua news agency reports.
When confirming the fatalities, the fire department said the crash happened at around 11 a.m.
Chi, born in 1964, was famous for his aerial documentary "Beyond Beauty-Taiwan from Above" released in 2013.
The helicopter belonged to Emerald Pacific Airlines and was being used by Chi's crew to film scenes for the award-winning documentary's sequel.
