East Kazakhstan University delegation visits UNEC

A delegation from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, led by its Rector, Tolegen Mukhtar Adilbekuly, visited Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
The meeting between Rector of UNEC, Professor Adalat Muradov, and the Kazakh delegation included an exchange of information about both universities. The Kazakh rector highly appreciated UNEC’s educational opportunities and its position in international rankings, expressing keen interest in establishing cooperation with this higher education institution. He also noted that faculty members from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University had previously participated in academic exchanges at UNEC under the Orhun program and emphasized the mutual benefits of further expanding these ties.
In turn, Rector Adalat Muradov underscored that strengthening relations with higher education institutions in Turkic-speaking countries is one of UNEC’s strategic priorities. He also shared his thoughts on potential areas of collaboration.
The meeting resulted in the adoption of necessary decisions regarding future cooperation.
Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University was established in 1996. With an enrolment of approximately 6,000 students, the university comprises 11 faculties.
