74,5 percent of electricity debts in Baku and 61,6 percent that of Sumgait have been repaid for seven months 2004 and it is twice as much as in 2003, AzerTAj correspondent learnt from the limited society “Electronetwork”.

The population as well as various enterprises and organizations used 628,7 million kilowatt/hrs of electricity in July this year.

According to the agreement signed between Azerbaijani Government and Barmek, the price of electric energy purchased from Azerenergyu was fixed 29,08 billion manats. This amount was fully repaid.
