ESPECIALLY NON-OIL SECTOR OF AZERBAIJAN TO BE DEVELOPED
The visitor has noted that mission of the International Monetary Fund has arrived in Baku with intention to observe in Azerbaijan the managerial process by financial sector and oil incomes. The IMF positively estimates the law adopted Milli Majlis “On banks” and would like also the prompt adoption of the Law “On National Bank”. The policy of management of oil incomes should be under construction so that the incomes received from "oil", have sufficed not only present, but also the future generations. It is necessary to reduce dependence of other branches of economy that is not oil sector, from oil. It is necessary to show more cares of needy part of the population.
Chairman of the Committee S. Safarov has noted that the President of the Azerbaijan Republic has signed a number of Decrees concerning development of economy of our country. The Milli Majlis supports the policy, which is carried out by the head of our state in economic sphere, and we trust, that in the near future we shall become witnesses of economic prosperity in Azerbaijan.
Then, the participants had comprehensive exchange of views on some questions, representing mutual interest.
