Dear Mr. President,
On behalf of the Secretariat-General of TURKSOY, the Permanent Council of Culture Ministers of Turkic-speaking countries and myself personally I convey to Your Excellency and the people of Azerbaijan my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - 28 May, the Republic Day.
As a result of a focused policy and wise leadership of Your Excellency, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the first republic in the Turkic world whose 95th anniversary we are celebrating this year, has secured a worthy place among leading states and become one of the cultural centers of the world.
Thanks to the attention and care of Your Excellency and your full support for TURKSOY, the rich Azerbaijani culture worthily represents Turkic culture at all international events held within the TURKSOY framework and makes a great contribution to world culture.
Taking this opportunity, I wish Your Excellency good health and success in all your initiatives, and to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan peace, progress and prosperity.
