GEORGIAN AZERBAIJANIS MEET NEW AMBASSADOR
Director of the Center Mammad Gulmamadov introduced the Ambassador to the meeting participants, and extended to hem best wishes in this honorable office..
Georgian State Prize Laureate, poet Imir Mammadli, doctor of philology Shuraddin Mammadli, deputy head of Gardabani region’s executive power Gazanfar Babayev, old teachers Ziyaddin Hamidov, Gulnaz Aghayeva, Aly Sofiyev and others greeted the Ambassador and wished him every success in strengthening good neighboring and friendly relations between the two states.
Ambassador Ramiz Hasanov expressed his deep gratitude to the meeting participants for the warm words, and stressed that Azerbaijan as a strategic partner, good neighbor and friendly country, attaches special significance to relationship with Georgia, and told of the ways of settlement of the problems our compatriot face. He said that situation of our people in Georgia had always been a focus of the Azerbaijan state’s attention, and expressed confidence that all problems Azerbaijanis living here face would be solved due to the support of the Georgian leadership and the people themselves.
Ambassador R. Hasanov noted that such meetings would be held in other regions as well, and then answered the questions from the meeting participants.
