HIGH INTEREST IN ITALIAN PRODUCTION
The Italian company “Ital-Fromage S. A.” produces “Mozzarella” cheese in Baku.
After opening of the office of Italian company, interest to cheese made from pure buff milk immediately raised, representative of the company told AzerTAj correspondent.
“Our production was for the first time demonstrated and tasted, as well as new contracts concluded at International Food Industry Exhibition “InterFood Azerbaijan-2004”. The Company also signed contracts with Russia, republics of Central Asia. Our aim is to produce high quality production, as well as promote development of buffalo breeding in Azerbaijan”, the Company’s representative said.
