On behalf of myself and of the people of Turkey, I extend my heartfelt felicitations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Turkey joyfully watches the positive accomplishments the friendly and fraternal Azerbaijan gained in all fields. We are pleased with democratic steps made in Azerbaijan under Your leadership as a result of which Azerbaijan strengthens its position among the world countries.
The regular links between Turkey and Azerbaijan connects much more our two fraternal countries with common language, religion and culture in high level, and strengthens the sense of close friendship and fraternity between them.
Taking the opportunity, I wish Your Excellency robust health and happiness, and extend my best wishes for happiness of the friendly and brotherly people of Azerbaijan.
