It is delightful to stress existence of boosting socio-economic development in Azerbaijan in the 13 years of independence. It is also notable to underline the political stability, economic growth, high welfare of population in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the raising role of your Country in the CIS and regional affairs. I am pleased for these accomplishments and am convinced that the industrious Azerbaijani people will reach much more achievements in state construction.
Last years, the Chinese-Azerbaijani relations confidently goes ahead, mutual political trust deepens, and cooperation in the trade-economic and other fields are evidence to that.
Your Excellency, I am standing ready to make joint efforts together with You to boost the good dynamics of our bilateral relations, acquire higher level in this direction. Your Excellency, I impatiently wait meeting with You in Beijing.
