INSAR TO DEVELOP AZERBAIJAN-RUSSIA TOURIST LINKS

The first Russian tourist company INSAR, whose priority direction is development of tourism between Azerbaijan and Russia has recently been founded in Moscow. The company is purely Russian tourist structure built on the base of the two largest companies “Yelisey” and “Mars-travel” which have been functioning for almost ten years in the Russian tourist industry, the INSAR’s Director General Azar Mammadov said. Today, according to him, INSAR is planning to close a number of contracts with tourist centers in Azerbaijan to be submitted by the country’s Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism. Special focus will be put on health centers in Azerbaijan well-known by their unique mud bath and medicinal waters, he said. Mr. Mammadov added as well that “ INSAR” is going to open its office in Baku.

The company is also planning to participate in International Tourist Exhibition to be held in Baku on September 2004.
