Extraordinary session of the Council of Black Sea International Ship Owners Association (BINSA) is to start on 27 April at the Baku hotel “Caspian”.

At the 2-day session, discussed will be the question of election of new management of the Association, AzerTAj correspondent was told at the Azerbaijan Shipping Company.

It has to be noted that president of the Ukraine shipping company “Ukresflot” N. Slavov was co-chairing and BINSA. In conformity with the Regulations of BINSA, as he was retired he was expelled form the membership in this structure. Currently, vice-president of the Association, chief of the Azerbaijan Shipping Company Aydin Bashirov, implements his powers.
