Kazakh violinist Mussakhadzhayeva steals the show at Gabala Festival
Gabala, August 1 (AZERTAC). World famous Kazakh violinist Aiman Mussakhadzhayeva has stolen the show at the 5th Gabala International Music Festival in Azerbaijan as her performance earned her a big round of applause from the audience.
Accompanied by the Jerusalem Symphonic Orchestra, she performed pieces from Tchaikovsky and Brahms in the concert conducted by British Jan Latham-Koenig.
A UNESCO Artist for Peace, Mussakhadzhayeva had her name included in a publication of the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge.
She is also the rector of Kazakhstan`s University of Arts, and holds the title of the People`s Artist of Kazakhstan.
