KYRGYZ WRITER VISITS WORLD AZERBAIJANIS CONGRESS’S BAKU OFFICE
Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov and his accompanied delegation today have visited the World Azerbaijanis Congress’s (WAC) Baku office.
The guests were in detail informed about activity of the WAC uniting Azerbaijani Diasporas across the world, Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno Karabakh, one million refugees and IDPs ousted from their native lands as a result of Armenian aggression as well as Khojaly Genocide.
It was noted that Azerbaijani people is well aware of Chingiz Aytmatov’s creative activity, and his works have been translated into Azerbaijani language. The meeting participants congratulated writer on his forthcoming 80th jubilee.
