Kyrgyzstan’s public channel starts broadcasting via Azerspace-1

Azerbaijan’s space agency Azercosmos OJSC, the only satellite operator in the Caucasus, and Kyrgyzstan’s public television channel KTRK have signed an agreement to broadcast the channel.

Under the agreement, Kyrgyzstan’s public television channel KTRK has started to be broadcast via Azerspace-1 satellite. This is of great importance for Azercosmos in terms of signing the first agreement in the Kyrgyz market.

Note that other Kyrgyz channels also show interest in Azerspace-1 satellite, and negotiations are under way with these channels to sign contracts.
