“Mingguan Malaysia” newspaper hails Azerbaijani First Lady’s contribution to culture and arts

The Malaysian newspaper “Mingguan Malaysia” has published an article entitled “Azerbaijani First Lady’s contribution to culture and arts”.
“First lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, goodwill ambassador of the UNESCO and ISESCO Mehriban Aliyeva is tirelessly working to protect and promote Azerbaijan`s cultural heritage.”
“In 1995, Mehriban Aliyeva initiated the founding of Friends of Azerbaijani Culture Foundation. In 1996, the first lady founded ‘Azerbaijan-IRS’ magazine which is published in three languages,” says the article.
The newspapers says the Heydar Aliyev Foundation is carrying out large-scale restoration and repair work in foreign countries, including in France and Italy.
