Moldovan delegation visits DOST Call Center 142 LLC in Baku

A delegation from the National Office of Social Insurance of Moldova visited DOST Call Center 142 LLC in Baku.
The guests familiarized themselves with the call center and its operations.
Bakhtiyar Mammadov, Director of DOST Call Center 142 LLC, provided information on the mechanisms for the prompt receipt of and response to applications in the social sector, as well as the innovative solutions implemented to meet citizens’ needs.
The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
