Morocco to donate books to Azerbaijan National Library

“During my visit to Azerbaijan, books and other publications reflecting Moroccan culture will be presented to the National Library of Azerbaijan. We are also ready to cooperate in order to increase the number of various books and other publications related to Azerbaijan in the library's collection,” said Samira El Malizi, Director of the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco, during her meeting with Azerbaijani Ambassador Nazim Samadov.
Director El Malizi also expressed her gratitude for the invitation to the 11th Baku International Book Fair, scheduled to be held in Baku on October 1–7, 2025.
She also emphasized her desire to see an Azerbaijani delegation at the next Rabat International Book Fair.
The meeting also focused on discussions regarding ways to develop cooperation in the field of culture between Azerbaijan and Morocco.
They expressed that the visits of the delegations would contribute to strengthening relations between the cultural institutions of the two countries.
