National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s 103rd anniversary marked in Astana

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan hosted an event dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.
Prior to the event, participants viewed a photo exhibition highlighting the life and activities of Heydar Aliyev. The exhibition showcased the National Leader’s exceptional role in public administration and the historic milestones in the nation’s development.
Addressing the event, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kazakhstan Aghalar Atamoghlanov highlighted the life and activities of Heydar Aliyev, his role in the history of Azerbaijani statehood, his contributions in strengthening the country's independence and shaping its foreign policy course.
The diplomat emphasized that this policy is being successfully continued today by President Ilham Aliyev. He said Azerbaijan's achievements in recent years, including the full restoration of its territorial integrity and sovereignty, serve as a powerful testament to the enduring success of Heydar Aliyev’s political legacy.
