Nezavisimaya Gazeta: Azerbaijan is seriously preparing for elections

Russian online newspaper Nezavisimaya Gazeta has posted an article hailing Azerbaijan`s preparations for the parliamentary elections to take place on November 1. The article says the pre-election campaign of candidates has already completed: "According to the Central Electoral Commission, the elections will begin on November 1 at 8.00 and end at 19.00. CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov told journalists that about 500 international observers will monitor the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan,” the newspaper writes. According to the newspaper, a large group of Russian journalists will cover the elections in Azerbaijan.
