OMBUDSWOMAN SUBMITS PROPOSALS TO THE CABINET
Ombudswoman of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova has submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers the proposals reflected in her first annual report and aimed at effective provision of human rights and freedoms, solving a number of social and economic problems of appropriate groups of population including children, invalids, refugees and IDPs, and servicemen.
The proposals implies preparation and implementation of the special state program for the state bodies, enterprises and organizations, collective and state farms abolished as a result of reformation, to pay off wage, pension, etc. debts, as well as elimination of unemployment and carrying out employment policy.
They also touch upon the living conditions of the Great Patriotic War veterans, children, who lost parents or parental custody, IDPs and non-settled refugees.
