Petronas allocates two scholarships to Baku Higher Oil School students
Baku, December 7, AZERTAC
Malaysian company Petronas, a global energy giant, allocated scholarships to Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). The scholarship is provided within the company’s Educational Sponsorship Program implemented under the motto “Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow”. The program enables those BHOS undergraduates who successfully pass test exams and selection process to continue their study at the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS located in Perak state of Malaysia.
Recently, two second-year Process Automation Engineering students of the Higher School went to Malaysia as participants of the Petronas Educational Sponsorship Program. The Petronas Scholarship covers the tuition fee as well as the undergraduates’ transportation, accommodation and living expenses.
Petronas is one of the long-term international partners of the Baku Higher Oil School. Participation of the BHOS students in the company’s Educational Sponsorship Program is arranged as part of the bilateral cooperation.
