Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of myself and the people of Poland, I extend our congratulations and best wishes to You and the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.

Poland and Azerbaijan are united by mutual respect, sympathy and common historical experience in struggle for independence. We appreciate the role of democratic Azerbaijan founded as early as 1918, in establishment of peace and security in Europe and throughout the World.

I am confident that Your country having good relations with neighbors and the international community will continue strengthening independence, friendly ties between our two countries will be further developed, and as a result, new values will appear in socio-political and economic spheres.
