REGIONAL CUSTOMS WORKSHOP STARTED IN BAKU
The first vice-president of the State Customs Committee, general - major of customs service Aydin Aliyev, having welcomed the visitors, informed that the Center have hosted many actions of Republican and international level.
Having reminded that several years ago he took part in 44th session of the Political Commission of WCO held in Baku, Holm Kappler expressed gratitude for the organization of action at high level, has especially emphasized, that more than 190 states of the world use harmonized system in the field of the custom tariffs.
It has been marked that 98 percent of world trade are based on the harmonized system. The system contains origin of the goods, definition of trading system, control monitoring above trade, the economic analysis, and negotiations in the field of trade, the internal tax policy and so forth. The seminar will last five days.
