Baku, April 27 (AZERTAC). Minister for Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov will visit China on April 27 to take part in the presentation devoted to TASIM (Trans-Eurasia Super Information Highway) project. The minister will also attend China Expo 2010 exhibition (Azerbaijan is a participant).

As part of the visit the minister will meet China`s minister for industry and information technologies, Heads of Huawei and China Telecom Corporation Limited.

Chinese government is very much interested in realization of TASIM project after United Nations General Assembly has passed a resolution on the Azerbaijan`s TASIM initiative at the 66th plenary session.
