THIRD STAR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FILM FESTIVAL WRAPS UP
45 films made by students from 9 countries were demonstrated during Azercell-sponsored four-day festival organized by the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, Youth and Sport.
The jury awarded the festival’s top prize Grand Prix and cash prize of AZN 500 to Kamala Rzayeva’s “One Day of Indifference Epoch” film.
Best movie award went to Bulgarian student Chavdar Cerner for his “Broken Line” film, best documentary award to Turkish filmakers Ates Savasheri, Irem Pasingil and Onur Etiz for “I stand this way” film. Second-placed students were given diplomas.
Hakan Gok’s Film “From Top to Bottom” was awarded for the best idea.
