On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my cordial congratulations on the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 to You, the veterans of frontline and home front, and the friendly people of Russia.
The friendship and strong unity of Azerbaijan and Russia honorably withstood the ordeals of the struggle against Hitler`s fascism.
Their heroism and bravery on the frontlines, as well as persistence and selfless efforts on the home front, made it possible to achieve the Victory.
