As the correspondent of AzerTAj reported from Moscow, on May 7, was held a solemn ceremony of inauguration in the Great Kremlin Palace during which the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has officially took the office of the President of Russia. Vladimir Putin has taken the oath to people on a special copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. In particular, the President has sworn, that at realization of the presidential powers he will respect and protect rights and freedom of the person and citizen, observe and protect the Constitution of the Russian Federation, protect the sovereignty and independence, safety and territorial integrity of the Russian state.

President of the Russian Federation has made short speech in which has stated that an overall objective of four nearest years is transformation of already saved up potential into new energy of development, achievement essentially better quality of life of the people and growth of their well-being. The President of Russia also has emphasized that the head of the state answers and will be responsible for all. “As well as the last years, I shall work actively, openly and fairly, I shall make everything, that I can, everything, that in my forces to justify hopes of millions of people ”, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has told in summary.

It is necessary to remind that Vladimir Putin has gained a convincing victory over presidential elections, which have taken place in Russia in March current year.

So, in 2004 V. Putin was elected for the second presidential term and on May 7 has officially took the office of the President of the Russian Federation.
