Working group of Caspian littoral states convenes in Astana

The 42nd meeting of the Special Working Group (SWG) for drafting a Convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea at the level of deputy foreign ministers of the Caspian littoral states has kicked off in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Azerbaijan is represented by a delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov.
The two-day meeting will adopt a final communique.
The 5th Caspian Summit will be held in Astana in 2016.
