“Baku is one of the regional centers of education which prepares best professionals in various spheres,” rector of the Russian State Humanitarian University Yefim Pivovar told AZERTAC as he commented on the upcoming signing of a memorandum establishing the Association of Russian and Azerbaijani universities.

“The signing of this memorandum is a very important step towards strengthening cooperation and exchange between the universities of the two countries.” “Undoubtedly the activities of this organization will be a great success. The Azerbaijani-Russian inter-university forum is being held at a high level and targets important questions and challenges,” he said.
