YURIY LUZHKOV TO ARRIVE IN BAKU
During the meeting, they discussed prospects of cooperation and outlined priority activities, which will promote closer integration of Azerbaijan and the Russian capital.
Commenting on the meeting’s results, Yuriy Luzhkov described it as very fruitful. According to him, the joint Intergovernmental commission is actively working, and especially, it becomes apparent in the sphere of trade and economic cooperation and medicinal supply of the Azerbaijani citizens. He also stated that the sitting participants mentioned the necessity to develop relations in support of decisions adopted by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev on creation of new job opportunities, and restoration of the country’s industrial potential. I intend to arrive in Azerbaijan, and am going to sent a delegation of industrialists and businessmen to your country to define what kind of support we are able to render in confectionary, chemical, oil refining industries and other spheres, the Moscow Mayor said.
