14.11 PERCENT OF VOTERS HAVE VOTED THROUGHOUT COUNTRY AS OF 10.00 A.M.
Director of the “Sechkiler” information center Ramil Huseynov announced that 14.11 percent or 686,727 voters of the total of 4.8m registered had cast ballots in 5,359 polling stations throughout Azerbaijan as of 10.00 a.m.
The highest turnout has been recorded at the 56th Khachmaz village (24.56 percent), 55th Khachmaz city (24.49 percent) and 4th Nakhchivan city (20.07 percent) constituencies. The lowest turnout has been at the 15th Yasamal first constituency (3.36 percent).
