ABOUT 62, 000 AZERBAIJANI CITIZENS TO VOTE BY ABSENTEE BALLOTS

About 62 thousands of Azerbaijani citizens will vote by absentee ballots, according to Independent Press Center under CEC.

The ballot papers were issued by constituencies from 45 to 25 and precinct election commissions from 24 to 3 days prior to the voting day.
