Ataleasing, which is affiliated with Ataholding group of companies, and International Finance Corporation’s “Azerbaijan Leasing Development Project” /ALDP/ have signed a memorandum on cooperation.

The memorandum was signed by chairman of the AtaLeasing’s board Jeyhun Mammadbeyli and ALDP manager Randal Petersen.

In accordance with the memorandum, ALDP will render a technical assistance to AtaLeasing in training its staff, developing a strong leasing policy and rules, working out business-plan of the company and appropriate software, analysis of potential business proposals.

AtaLeasing with its authorized capital stock of 2,5 billion manats was formed by AtaHolding and AtaBank.
