Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Berlin celebrates Novruz holiday

The “Khari Bulbul” Azerbaijani Cultural House, with the support of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Germany, and the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, organized a festive event to celebrate the Novruz holiday.
The ceremony commenced with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, performed by the children attending the Azerbaijani language courses taught at the “Khari Bulbul” Cultural House.
Addressing the event, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Germany Nasimi Aghayev described Novruz holiday as a symbol of unity, peace, and the preservation of national identity.
Sevda Badaliouri, Head of the “Khari Bulbul” Azerbaijani Cultural House, noted that the Cultural House is working responsibly to preserve the Azerbaijani language, culture, and rich heritage in Berlin and pass these values to the younger generation. She expressed her gratitude to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the Embassy of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Culture, and the Azerbaijani Cultural Center for their unwavering support of the organization’s activities.
The event proceeded with an artistic program featuring a performance by Shabnam Huseyn, a member of the Norwegian Musicians' Union and soloist of the Dresden Symphony Orchestra, offering participants unforgettable moments.
