Azerbaijan to launch direct flights to Beijing

Baku, July 15 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has said it is planning to open direct flights on the Baku-Beijing/ Beijing-Baku route.

The flight, initially planned to be opened in May, has been temporarily postponed due to the new requirements set for the airline by the Chinese side.

Baku-Beijing flights will be operated by Airbus A-340 and Boeing 767 twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The lowest fare for the economy class ticket on the route will be only 473 Euro (taxes and fees included).
