Azerbaijani deputy PM meets with WIPO deputy director general

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov has met with Deputy Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Hasan Kleib.
The two hailed the development of successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
During the meeting, the Azerbaijani deputy PM informed the WIPO deputy director general about the continuous reforms implemented in Azerbaijan in the sphere of intellectual property. He noted that the sustainable development of economy, formation of the knowledge-based society and investment in the human capital were defined as one of the main strategic goals by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
The meeting also saw discussions on the prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and WIPO.
