Azerbaijani FM meets Australian Parliamentary delegation

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has met an Australian delegation.

They stressed the importance of inter-parliamentary diplomacy in further development of bilateral relations. They also spoke about the cooperation. Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said this visit would contribute to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Australia.

On the regional processes, the Minister provided an insight into negotiations on settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and stressed the importance of solving the problem within the norm and principles of international law, and in respect to internationally recognized state borders, states` territorial integrity and sovereignty.
