Azerbaijani Honorary Consul in Kharkiv receives Ukrainian state Order

Kiev, November 21, AZERTAC

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a Decree to confer “For Merits to the State” order to a group of people who contributed to the development of agrarian reforms in the country.

Azerbaijani Honorary Consul in Kharkiv Afghan Salmanov is among those awarded.
