Azerbaijani, Iranian FMs talk over phone

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has had a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
The ministers discussed the current state and prospects of relations between Azerbaijan and Iran.
They stressed the importance of talks and mutual contacts respective agencies and officials of the two countries conducted with respect to a number of areas of bilateral and regional relations, including economic and transport projects. Moreover, the sides stressed the significance of continuing the negotiations on the outstanding issues of bilateral agenda and their solution.
The top diplomats also exchanged views on a number of regional and multilateral issues.
