Azerbaijani Olympian judo fighters learn rivals
Baku, July 26 (AZERTAC). The draw has been held for the judo event at the London Olympic Games.
In the men`s event Azerbaijan will be represented by six fighters.
Ilgar Mushkiyev weighing in at 60kg will face the winner of the Englmaier Tobias (Germany) vs Davtyan Hovhannes (Armenia) encounter.
Tarlan Karimov (66kg) will face Musa Mogushkov (Russia), Rustam Orujev (73kg) will play Gideon van Zyl (South Africa), Elnur Mammadli (81kg) will lock horns with Antoine Valois-Fortier (Canada), Elkhan Mammadov (90kg) will face Christophe Lambert (Germany), and Elmar Gasimov (100kg) will play Maxim Rakov (Kazakhstan).
In the women`s event Ramila Yusubova (63kg) will face Gulnar Hayytbaeva (Turkmenistan), Kifayat Gasimova (57kg) will take on the winner of the Kaori Matsumoto (Japan) vs Vesna Dzukic (Slovenia) encounter.
